We serve all U.S. military veterans, regardless of branch, era of service, or discharge status. We also assist veteran families, individuals transitioning from unstable housing, and those navigating VA benefits or healthcare.
No, you do not need to be enrolled in VA healthcare to access our services. We can assist you with enrollment or refer you to other local resources if needed.
You can apply by visiting our office, calling our intake line, or filling out the contact form on our website. A case manager will follow up to begin the intake process.
Common documents include:
- Proof of military service (DD-214)
- Photo ID
- Proof of income or benefits
- Any relevant housing or medical paperwork
If you don’t have these, we can help you obtain them.
We assist with:
- Emergency shelter placement
- Transitional and permanent housing
- Rental assistance and landlord mediation
- Eviction prevention services
Yes. We offer support with filing new claims, submitting evidence, and appealing denied claims. Our benefits navigators are experienced in working with the VA system.
While we do not provide clinical care directly, we partner with local and VA mental health providers. We can help connect you with counseling, peer support, and other wellness services.
